A well qualified candidate for trust position will have:
  • Ability to communicate well in the market as this is a high profile position.
  • Calling experience and business development acumen. The person will be responsible for actively calling in the marketplace.
  • High energy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A strategic thinker.
  • Technical expertise on trust and wealth management products. Specifically, irrevocable, custody, IRA and guardianships.
  • Knowledge of estate planning is highly desired.
  • A background in oil and gas related projects is highly desired.
  • Comfortable with a rural environment
  • Proven production record
